In order arrange your Skip Hire, you will be required to agree to our Terms and Conditions of Hire. Please ensure that your read them fully.
- 1. Our vehicles have entered the customer's property by invitation. No liability will be accepted by Ground Skips Ltd. For any subsequent damage caused to drains, pathways, driveways, gates, fences, trees, etc.

- 2. Customers are to provide adequate warning lights on skips left on the public highway or any place they are likely to cause damage or injury to third parties during the hours of darkness.

- 3. Customers are to ensure that the skips are not overloaded. Overloaded skips shall have waste removed, by the customer, from the skip to ensure the load is within legal limits.

- 4. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licences from the relevant authority in relation to the placement and use of the skip, unless otherwise agreed to be provided by Ground Skips Ltd.

- 5. The customer shall allow the equipment to be safely placed and collected, and provide any necessary protection measures to prevent damage to existing surfaces.

- 6. The customer is fully responsible for the skip from time it has been delivered up to the time it is collected. The customer shall fully indemnify us in respect of any claims for injury to persons or property arising out of the use of the skip.

- 7. Customers shall reimburse us in respect of any loss or damage caused to the skips whilst on hire.
Skip Hire Refunds Policy
- At Ground Skips, we understand the changing requirements within the Waste Transfer Industry and aim to be as accommodating as possible in respect of changes and cancellations.
- Customers have the right to cancel any Skip Hire orders up until the point at which the skip is despatched from our yard. Under these circumstances, a full refund will be made in relation to the cost of the Skip Hire. Any monies paid for the purchase of Permits in relation the the cancelled Skip Hire will not be refunded.
- A request to cancel Skip Hire after the point when the Skip has been despatched from our Yard, will result on no refund being made for the Skip Hire or any required Permits.
